I’ll admit that I was never into safaris and always thought I’ll go on a few in my lifetime and be happy and done! Boy, was I wrong! Kruger National Park totally made me change my views on safaris and I cannot wait to go back to Africa and do more! One of my (many at this point) retirement plans is to drive around Africa visiting various game parks in the continent. I’ve covered Kruger National Park in length in previous two post. I have a post that covers self-driving in Kruger National Park and another that is a complete guide to visiting Kruger National Park. In this post, I will attempt to inspire you to visit Kruger National Park by sharing 30 photos from the park.
Impalas Galore!
There is no short of impalas all over Kruger! I probably took way too many pictures of impala but I’ll spare you! Instead here are a couple of my favorites!

Zebras are Everywhere!
And that is a pretty black and white statement!

Vervet Monkeys

Their Majesties

These pair of queens were right after a kill! Do you see their bloody paws and mouths?

Four Legged Tanks
I did not realize how massive hippos were until I saw them at Kruger!

The Cool Bros
Okay, I don’t know why but, I could not get enough of hyenas! They are SO cool! Full of swagger and attitude!

The Giants
We saw lots of elephants at Kruger. But, my favorite sighting was the one below where we saw several young elephants having an evening frolic among some thickets.

Pumba? Is That You?

The Towers

Starlings

Kudus
We saw lots of male and female kudus but this one below had beautiful antlers

“Stun”-Sets and “Stun”-Rises
Is there anything more stunning than an African sunset or sunrise? Even twilight hours with their deep hues are amazing! These pictures are totally unedited and have zero filters on!

Hope you enjoyed these 30 photos from Kruger National Park!
